How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

Alissa Antoon
Principle
Physiotherapist
Alissa graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2019. She has completed a variety of clinical placements in hospitals across NSW and has exposure to cardiorespiratory, neurological, paediatric, orthopaedic and pelvic health Physiotherapy. She has worked in a Private Practice setting on the North Shore treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, and has also coached school-based Netball, Football and Touch Football teams offering on-field sports Physiotherapy. She is a qualified Pilates Instructor (with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute) and also has a certification in dry needling (GEMt).
Alissa is proud to call Berowra her home, and takes great joy in working with the friendly people in and around her community!
Alissa is available for bookings on Mondays, Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
Steven Saba
Physiotherapist
Steven completed a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2017 and has been working in Private Practice for over 7 years. He has supported numerous local soccer teams along the North Shore and has worked with both NSW U16's Rugby and NSW Athletics. He has also worked alongside orthopaedic surgeons, focusing on post-surgical rehabilitation of spinal surgeries, joint replacements and reconstructions.
He grew up playing for Berowra Football Club and still resides locally. He takes great pride in helping others achieve their goals and live pain-free active lives, and what better place to do so than his hometown of Berowra!
Steven is available for bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Ashleigh Downie
Physiotherapist
Ashleigh graduated from Sydney University as a Physiotherapist in 2015.
She has several years of experience in private practice, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries across all ages. She also has cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy and post operative orthopaedic management experience.
Ashleigh has worked alongside various schools and amateur/semi-professional sporting teams (soccer/football and rugby), assisting with on and off field injury management and supporting game day fitness.
Ashleigh also has experience in aged care and enjoys working with the elderly. She has a keen focus on facilitating pain management, and developing musculoskeletal strength and fitness.
Ashleigh is a qualified Pilates instructor, has run classes in Thai Chi and has led youth strength and conditioning classes.
Ashleigh is available for bookings on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
